2014 Houston Untapped Festival announces rescheduling

Rain, rain, go away.

untappedThat has been the case for the Houston area recently and for the next few days at the time of this post.  Because of that, the Untapped Festival has decided to reschedule its Houston event for October 11th, 2014.  The location for the event was a major factor as it is placed at Discovery Gardens.  The rain is expected to take a toll on the lush area, and with that and large crowds, it didn’t seem worth stomping all over it even if it had stopped raining.

Obviously a lot of people set time to attend, so Untapped has assured that refunds will be handled accordingly.  Worth noting that all live music acts have already signed off on the new date, so that’s definitely a plus.

Of course, the festival will still include the same expertly curated selection of 200-plus beers from more than 65 breweries pouring their quality sips.

I’ve lived in Texas all my life and can’t express how much I love this state. I found that I was enjoying these amazing bbq spots and drinking fantastic Texas-made beer and wanted my buddies and I to be able to share them with our readers.
