In an ongoing series, we will be bringing you different books we think encompass the heart of beer in Texas.

Beer isn’t always about consumption.  I know, I know, but sometimes reading about the history of beer styles is great too. Also, how certain beers came about to be in certain regions.  Texas certainly has its share of stories to tell on its famous beers and here are two books we really enjoy in regard to Texas Beer:
